Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us in writing at info@anlo.lv within the applicable 14-day period. Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days.

The product should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what would be necessary to inspect it.

Hygiene and sealed products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been opened after delivery. This may apply to certain cosmetic and skincare products.

Refunds

Once a valid withdrawal has been received, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, the refund includes the standard delivery cost paid for the original order. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not required to be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or contains an incorrect product, please contact us at info@anlo.lv as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product
• Clear photos of the packaging and shipping box, where relevant

We will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.

If a product does not conform to the purchase agreement, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Under Latvian consumer protection law, consumers generally have the right to submit a claim concerning non-conformity of goods within two years from receiving the goods.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal:

1. Contact us at info@anlo.lv
2. Include your order number.
3. Clearly explain whether you are exercising your right of withdrawal or reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect product.
4. Wait for our return instructions before sending the product.

Please do not send a return to the manufacturer or fulfilment centre without receiving return instructions from ANLÕ.
