These Terms of Service govern your use of the ANLÕ online store and the purchase of products from anlo.lv.

2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information on our website are accurate and up to date.
Product images may vary slightly from the actual product due to lighting, screen settings or other technical factors.
We reserve the right to correct errors in product information, including pricing or availability, before an order is accepted.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are stated in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
An order is considered placed when you complete the checkout process. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine error, suspected fraud, payment failure or the product is unavailable.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded using the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times are:
Latvia: 2–5 business days
Lithuania and Estonia: 3–6 business days
Shipping costs and any applicable free-shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
The procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal and applicable exceptions are described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable Latvian or European Union law.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where a consumer exercises a legal right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
Certain sealed products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal after opening where such exclusion is permitted by law, including goods which are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@anlo.lv as soon as possible.
Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by these Terms.
9. Customer Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and to use the website lawfully.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact information provided during checkout are correct.

You may use the ANLÕ website only for lawful purposes.
